Shred Ready Wake News! Greetings wake fans. Shred Ready's wake boarding team members, Donald Shelbrick, Nick Boville, Taylor McCullough and Kayla Chojnacki have been ripping it up out there this year and we are really proud of them.
Team SR rider, Taylor McCullough, 8 yrs old.
Taylor has been riding in the Grom Division of all the Gravel Tour stops in Orlando. She also finished 3rd at the USA Wakeboard Cable Nationals in April. She will be doing the WWA Nationals & Worlds, USA wakeboard Nationals, NWL Nationals, Tige Open, and the remainder of the Gravel Tour stops. Taylor and her family would like to thank everyone for all the support and help.
Team SR member, Donald Shelbrick to be featured in new wake film. Donald will also be competing at the Cable Wakeboard World Championships in Austria July 26th – 30th 2006.
Press Release regarding the film: After his debut film „Ticket - the Wakeboard Movie“ (winner mention d´honneur) and the popular 16mm Kite film „Poetry“, Christian Grüner presents his new masterpiece with the name “Statement”, which will be released this year in July. The film was produced with the worldwide best cable wakeboarders and wakeskaters in philippines this year. The featured riders in this film are: Daniel Pyne, Brian Grubb, Donald Shelbrick, Patrick Viererbe, Daniel Fetz, Heather Johnson, Sam Collins, Scott Green, Jan Sauer, Kinga Horvath and many more. In a brilliant film quality and breathtaking camera perspectives, wakeboarding will be presented with it's characters as you have never seen before.
Team SR rider, Kayla Chojnacki, 15, makes her debut onto the pro circuit this year.
This May Kayla placed 2nd in Juionr Womens in the USA Cable wakeboard nationals followed by a 2nd in the open women's division in the Board up Miami wakeboard tournament. Kayla is an awesome up-and-coming rider and one to keep an eye on. She will be competing at the Cable Wakeboard World Championships in Austria July 26th – 30th 2006.
Team SR rider and professional plumber, Nick Boville displays plumbers crack.
Nick Boville absolutely kills it on the sliders and he's not afraid to tell the world that crack kills. Crack kills but sliders are the crack. Nick wears the Superscrappy to protect his head from the sliders.
In related news, we have added our first and only Barefoot Water Skiier to the Shred Ready Team.
Paul McDonald is a world reknowned barefoot skiier and we are very pleased to have him using Shred Ready's products. Just after Paul signed on he wore his new Superscrappy to win a competition, beating the 4 time world champion and the
2005 National jump champion.
